Have you seen this music site?

Published by Richard under Music, My A-Musings

a quick review of dizzer comI just finished writing a review of RooshV’s website

While I was writing, I referenced Paul Simon’s song 50 Ways To Leave Your Lover.  When I searched for the song on the Internet, this website popped up called Dizzler.com.  The Paul Simon song was there with the accompanying lyrics.

What a great site!  It costs nothing, there are millions of songs, you can create your play-lists, view lyrics, and even download play-lists to your cell phone.  It’s pretty sweet.  Check it out!

The Saturday Morning Cup of Coffee, the Internet, and RooshV?

Published by Richard under My A-Musings, Relatonships/Sex

Ah, that fresh cup of java on a Saturday morning.

Paul Simon just came on the stereo with his “50 Ways To Leave Your Lover.”  Does he really mention 50?  I don’t have time to check.  But if you’re really bored, and don’t want to read What To Do On the Internet When I’m Bored, you can listen to Paul Simon’s 50 ways and read lyrics at the same time.  When you’re done, let us know whether there are really 50.

Speaking of numbered lists, Continue Reading »

How Has 9/11 Changed Your Life?

Published by Richard under Politics

Driving home late last night, I noticed many flags along the road at half-mast.  Hmmm, why is this?  Then I remembered the significance.

Today is the anniversary of 9/11.

We’ll often here people say:  “One man can’t change the world.”  Well, one man can change the world and one man did change the world.  But he changed it for the worse.

He changed it seven years ago.  Continue Reading »

Uruguay: Visa Requirements, Visa Extensions, and Passport Information

Published by Richard under Living in Uruguay

uruguay visa passport extensions requirementsI initially planned to visit Uruguay for approximately 4 months.  However, when I read the Department of State’s Uruguay page, it said:

All United States citizens entering Uruguay for business or pleasure must have a valid passport.  U.S. citizens traveling on a regular passport do not need a visa for a visit of less than three months.” Continue Reading »

Are You Feeling Lucky?

Published by Richard under Life, My A-Musings

my lucky horoscope Are you feeling lucky?  There’s a lottery going on right now and you could run out and buy a ticket.

Do you know that today, there are hundreds of people who are going to visit google or other search engines and type in the following:  “What are the most lucky mega numbers played?“  You might be one of them.

But you might not want to win the lottery today.  This sounds silly I know (who would not delight in winning $3,000,000 today?).  But experts say that “excessive wealth, particularly for people unaccustomed to it, such as lottery winners, can actually cause unhappiness.”  In fact, over 1/3 of lottery winners end up declaring bankruptcy. I awoke this morning with a rhythm that I could not get out of my head.  So, whatever you may be doing right now, get out of your chair, and join me as we…

Do the Jane Fonda

Mickey Avalon - Jane Fonda
Video Codes at Roxwel

It’s a catchy tune…is it not?  But my boy Mickey Avalon is a tad bit creepy and looks like some peculiar hybrid of Howard Stern, Adam Ant, and Cher.  Check out more of images of Mickey Avalon…

Instead, if you want a funky, fun, couple version of the song.  Here you go… Continue Reading »

Tom Cruise, Scientology, and South Park

Published by Richard under Entertainment

I try to edify myself in every possible way.  Today’s efforts include watching “30 Celebrity Feuds” on E.

The Feud I just watched involved the Tom Cruise “Trapped In The Closet” episode of South Park (watch below).  The episode pokes fun at Scientology, Scientologists, and Tom Cruise’s gaiety.  Continue Reading »

The Truth About On Line Paid Surveys

Published by Richard under Q&A

working moms from home take online surveys for cashI always enjoy opportunities to make money online.  One of the latest trends to surface is the ability to take surveys for companies.  These companies will pay you to take their surveys.

Why would they do this?  Well, when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense.  When companies introduce a new product to market, they spend a lot of money in the process.  They want to do everything to ensure that their product will be a success.  Continue Reading »
